Payment Gateway Settings

This tab includes the settings related to the Payment Gateways.
Currency settings under this section are used only to accept payments from your users. Configure listing currency here

Enable / Disable

Enable or Disable Payment Gateways.

Test Mode

Check this to enable test mode. While in test mode no live transactions are processed. To fully use test mode, you must have a sandbox (test) account for the payment gateway you are testing.

Enforce SSL on checkout

Check this to force users to be redirected to the secure checkout page. You must have an SSL certificate installed to use this option.

Currency

Enter your payment currency. Note that some payment gateways have currency restrictions.

Currency position

Location of the currency sign. Possible values are “After” and “Before”.

Thousands separator

The symbol (usually , or .) to separate thousands.

Decimal separator
The symbol (usually , or .) to separate decimal points.

Offline Payment Settings

There’s nothing automatic in this offline payment system. You should use this when you don’t want to collect money automatically. So, once money is in your bank account you change the status of the order manually under “WordPress Admin Panel => Classifieds & Directory => Payment History” menu.

Title

By default this is “Direct Bank Transfer”. But, you can give your own name for this payment system using this field. The title entered here will be displayed in checkout page when screening this payment gateway as option for users.

Description

A short description about the payment system. Displayed below the title when screening in the checkout page.

Example

“Make your payment directly in our bank account. Please use your Order ID as payment reference. Your order won’t get approved until the funds have cleared in our account.”

Instructions

Displayed for users when they click the “Proceed to payment” button in the checkout page.

This field must contain instructions for users to make payment using this method. Since this is a manual bank transfer option, the instructions must contain your BANK DETAILS, time frame in which the user must pay, steps to contact the site admin after making the payment, etc…

PayPal Settings

Title

By default this is “PayPal Standard”. But, you can give your own name for this payment system using this field. The title entered here will be displayed in checkout page when screening this payment gateway as option for users.

Description

A short description about the payment system. Displayed below the title when screening in the checkout page.

Business Email
Enter your PayPal account’s email.

Stripe

Title

By default this is “Pay with CreditCard”. But, you can give your own name for this payment system using this field. The title entered here will be displayed in checkout page when screening this payment gateway as option for users.

A short description about the payment system. Displayed below the title when screening in the checkout page.

Live Secret Key

Enter your live secret key, found in your Stripe Account Settings.

Live Publishable Key

Enter your live publishable key, found in your Stripe Account Settings.

Test Secret Key

Enter your test secret key, found in your Stripe Account Settings.

Test Publishable Key

Enter your test publishable key, found in your Stripe Account Settings.
